THE OLD BREWERY

The Old Brewery Project is located in the Brighton- Portslade District, approximately 96 kilometres from London. Brighton is one of the most famous and charming seaside towns in England, situated on the shores of the English Sea in south-east Sussex.

Portslade Brewery Brewery, the historical heritage of the Victorian Era, built in 1850 with yellow bricks as a typical example of classical British architecture, is restored in accordance with its identity and takes its place in the project.

In the project, the 19th century Victorian architecture is recreated with the 21st century modern architecture. Commented.

There are 37 apartments, 11 villas and 1 office in the project with a total area of 3.500 m2.
